If something on this site is wrong, we want to fix it. Here’s how to report an error and what happens next.
Report an error
The corrections inbox opens with the public launch. Until then, this preview is not accepting outside reports.
What happens next
We check the report against the original source. If the page is wrong, we correct it, update the date the sources were checked and add an entry to the log below. Changes to safety advice, such as what to do when the light flashes, get checked first.
Small fixes to spelling or wording that don’t change the meaning aren’t logged.
